January 6, 1980. President of the Sicily Piersanti Mattarella is going to Mass with his family when a young man approaches his car and shoots him in cold blood, killing him. The young Deputy Prosecutor on duty that day is Pietro Grasso, future General Anti-Mafia Prosecutor and President of the Italian Senate. His investigations are continued by Giovanni Falcone, who uncovers dangerous connections between the Mafia, the ruling Christian Democratic Party, neo-fascist terrorists, and secret services.

Christian lives in a "city-palace" where he earns his living doing dirty work for LINO, the criminal boss of neighborhood. When stigmata appear on his hands, Christian finds physically impossible to carry out his work, but also discovers he has gained mysterious healing powers to fight against Lino. But MATTEO, a mysterious Vatican postulator in search of signs and confirmations, is tracking him down bringing too close to a truth that could upset his life and that of the whole world.

Christian Blake is the story of a solitary young man growing up with his closest friend Steve. Years later, in a barely functioning mental asylum run by the sadistic Dr Rush and his tormented accomplice Floyd, the journalist Sandra White is allowed a meeting with Christian under the guise of attempting to understand the actions of his past. Her motives are otherwise however and her efforts at personal retribution simply result in awakening the anger dormant inside of him. The results are violent and catastrophic for all involved.
